Changes
Contact Keira as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the quote.
Once personalised toppers, ingredients or other materials have been ordered, those costs may not be recoverable.
Cancellations
The cancellation and refund terms included with your accepted quote apply to your booking. Deposits may be non-refundable where they cover reserved time, materials or work already completed.
If Bakes by Keiraa has to cancel, Keira will contact you promptly and explain the available remedy.
Keep this information current
